Our staff

Our staff manage the administration office on a day to day basis.

They handle enquiries about eligibility to apply for grants, grant applications, and process grant payments in response to decisions made by the trustees of the fund.

Denise Wilson

Denise joined Mansfield Brewery in 1997 to work in the Personnel Department based at the Head Office in Mansfield. At the time of the Head Office closure in March 2000, Denise continued to work in the same role for Wolverhampton & Dudley Brewery, based on the Brewery site in Mansfield.

The administration for the Baily Thomas Provident Fund was historically carried out by a member of the personnel team; an employee of Mansfield Brewery.  Denise took over this role in 2000 as part of her Personnel role within the Brewery.

When beer production ceased and the Brewery finally closed in March 2002 the trustees sought Court Approval to employ an administrator and Denise became BTPF’s first employee.  She set up the BTPF Administration office, in Chadburn House on the site of the old Brewery.  By 2009, this role had developed into a full-time position.
