The Care Search Service, delivered by Grace Consulting, helps you identify suitable care options based on your individual needs and circumstances.
What the service includes
This service includes:
- An in-depth telephone consultation to understand your situation, needs, and preferences
- Tailored research to identify appropriate care providers
- A personalised report outlining the most suitable options available
- Ongoing guidance and support from a care adviser throughout the process
The service is usually delivered by telephone, although a personal visit can be arranged where appropriate.
How to access the service
To access the Care Search Service, you must first complete a Care Guidance and Advice consultation with Grace Consulting. If you have not already opted in to that service, the easiest way to do so is via the online grant application portal: https://btpf.benefactorcloud.co.uk
Following your consultation, Grace Consulting will confirm whether the Care Search Service would be helpful and whether any additional support would be appropriate.
How to apply
If the service is recommended, you will need to:
- Complete an application form in full
- Submit your application to us

You can also download the application form below and return a hard copy to the BTPF office, or request a hard-copy form from the office team.
Once approved, you will receive details of how to access the service and book your initial consultation.
All grants are awarded at the discretion of the trustees, who will consider each application based on the information provided.
